Low deck trailer loading ramps is made by high strength steel, with high loading capacity, will not happen to the deformation when carry heavy equipment.
CIMC use polyurethane paint, with long service lift, and avoid the vehicle get rust.
Lowbed Trailer Features:
CIMC lowbed trailer are widely used in heavy machines transportation.We produce very durable ones with high strength to meet the transport needs.
We use high strength steel material to ensure the capacity, the load can be up to 60 to 100 ton payload. We adopt famous brand parts, like WABCO braking valve, JOST legs, FUWA, BPW axles. This’ll ensure the long service life of the trailers.
The suspension width is 120mm, thickness is 10mm, and rotation pin of suspension we use 70mm. Ensure its have high loading capacity, and increase its capacity to twising forces, shock, bump.
Side support’s thickness is 6mm, the distance of the side support is only 450mm. The side support firmly connect the main beam and side beam to improve the whole vehicle’s loading capacity, prevent the working platform to have cave the deformation.
